Whether you're dealing with pain, coming back from injury, or simply want to stay active and feel good in your body, this is about creating a long-term strategy—not just short-term fixes.

Your body isn’t something to ignore until it breaks down. Just like you regularly take care of your teeth or your car, your movement and physical health benefit from consistent attention over time. This approach focuses on:

Movement Health Assessment

$275 for 90-minute 1-on-1 session

A proactive, full-body assessment designed to help you understand how your body moves—and what to do next.

What's included:

  • Full-body movement assessment
  • Strength and mobility testing
  • Targeted physical testing (including dynamometer-based measures where appropriate)
  • Identification of asymmetries, limitations, and potential risk factors
  • Discussion of your current activity, training, and lifestyle
  • Practical recommendations to support long-term movement health

Who is this for

  • People who want to stay active and avoid recurring injuries
  • Those unsure if they’re “doing the right things” in the gym
  • Individuals dealing with minor aches or limitations
  • Anyone looking for a structured starting point
physical therapy

In-person: $200 per hour Virtual: $190 Per Hour

For pain, injury, or movement limitations that need direct assessment.
  • 1-on-1 evaluation and treatment (evaluations are 1 hour and treatment times are minimum 30minutes)
  • Clear plan to reduce symptoms and improve movement
  • Manual therapy as indicated
  • Guidance on next steps—whether that’s rehab, training, or both
  • Virtual home exercise program add on: $30/month
Foundation Training

$99 Per Month

A structured, low-maintenance way to stay consistent.
  • General strength, mobility and cardio routines
  • Designed to have 2–4 each of strength, mobility and cardio sessions per week (client dependent)
  • Bi-Weekly check-in messaging
  • Progressions every 4–6 weeks
  • This can be adapted to become a rehab specific program during active PT treatment care at least 1x/month
Rehab + Strength Coaching

$225 per month

Ongoing support to address issues while continuing to build strength. Includes:
  • Personalized programming based on your needs
  • Combines rehab and progressive strength work
  • Adjusted over time as your body adapts
  • Weekly check-in messaging
  • One 20-minute video check in per 4 weeks
  • Guidance to help you stay consistent without overdoing it
Movement Health Membership (coming soon!)

$349 per month

For those who want a long-term, proactive approach to taking care of their body. Instead of only addressing issues when they arise, this is about staying ahead of them. This includes:
  • Everything noted in Rehab + Strength Coaching plus:
  • Monthly treatment check-in (in-person or virtual)
  • Bi-annual in detail functional assessment (90 minute session)
  • Program updates as needed
  • Ongoing guidance based on how your body is feeling
Who this is best for:
  • People who want to stay ahead of injuries
  • Those who have had recurring issues in the past
  • Individuals who value consistency and long-term health
  • Anyone who wants a “go-to” resource for their body

What this is not

  • Not a high-touch, daily coaching program
  • Not designed for competitive athletes seeking advanced performance coaching
