What is bike fitting?
Bike fitting is the process of adjusting a bike to the rider in order to optimize comfort, performance and efficiency while minimizing risk of injury. A bike fit optimizes the rider's position at that point in time, so with changes in training, an injury/surgery, positive/negative life events and more, the bike fit will often need to be updated.
Who Needs a bike fit?
Everyone who rides a bike should consider a bike fit! Whether you are doing the occasional "breakfast ride" or are riding hundreds of miles per week a properlly fitted bike can make a huge difference.

"Excellent. The combination of being a certified bike fitter and a physical therapist allows Tim to provide a service that you just can't get elsewhere. Tim not only makes sure of a good bike fit, but also makes an assessment of weaknesses and provides you with an off-the-bike exercise program to help correct those weaknesses. I'd recommend Tim's service to any serious cyclist."Google Review by: Flower steve
